Your information
Privacy Policy
We want you to understand what happens to the information you share with us.

Who we are
This website is operated for Inspire To Aspire Youth Empowerment (I2A), founded and led by Sensei Dave Armstrong. Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to info@upna.net.
Information you choose to share
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest, and message. Organization and city or region are optional. We also receive information you send directly by email or share when arranging a conversation.
Please share general program or partnership information. Do not include young people’s names, case histories, health information, or other sensitive personal details. This website inquiry form is not a participant enrollment form.
How inquiries work
Formspree processes website submissions and sends notifications to info@upna.net. It may also retain a copy in its submission dashboard, so an inquiry can be reviewed if an email notification is missed. Its processing is subject to its own privacy terms and the account’s retention settings.
Why we use your information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your interests, discuss programs or partnerships, arrange conversations, and keep relevant correspondence. Where applicable privacy law requires a lawful basis, this includes our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and managing relationships, steps you request before an agreement, and compliance with legal obligations. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website. Email providers process messages sent to and from us. Access should be limited to people and providers who need the information for these purposes.
Links to scheduling, social media, or other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Service providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be in place.
How long information is kept
Inquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and nature of the correspondence. You can contact us to ask about information we hold or request its deletion. Provider logs and archives may have separate retention rules.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send requests to info@upna.net. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing personal information. Please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and provide an appropriate way to share them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our website or handling of information changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
